Ever since The 2nd Temple of Jerusalem (The one built by Zerubabel/Sheshbazzar) was demolished by Demetrius I Soter, The House of Judah (Judah, Benjamin, and The Levite Priests) ran towards West Africa where some of The House of Israel (Tribe of Dan, Gad, Joseph aka Manasseh & Ephraim, Issachar, Reuben, Zebulon, Simeon) was there to greet them & be together with them. Disclaimer: The Quotation of verses pulled from the Bible is mainly from the KJV version! Even though I'm truly an Agnostic Freethinker, This is not showing bias-ness to any Religion out of any cicumstance!
The Law of Moses = Commandments, Laws & Statues that God/YHWH give to Moses for the Nation of Israel for the land he put his name on (Jerusalem) told in Exodus 12 - Deuteronomy 31:26.

Before we begin, we must address "Sin".

Sin is defined in modern dictornaries today especially Merriam-Webster dictornaries as:

1.  an offense against religious or moral law
2. an action that is or is felt to be highly reprehensible
3. an often serious shortcoming or fault

Sin, defined by The Bible especially within the Old Testament/The Tanakh, is going against God's Will/The Most High YHWH's will which is primarily towards his 10 commandments written by his finger on two stone tablets (Exodus 20 & Deuteronomy 5:1 - 22) and Most of the Laws of Moses (Commandments, Laws, Statues God/YHWH gave to Moses for the nation of Israel) [Deuteronomy 5:30].

When trying to understand the wicked acts that God/YHWH hates described throughout the Tanakh/The Old Testament, Wickedness falls into these categories:


1. Transgressions worthy of the death penalty (by stoning, by hanging, by burning, by sharp weapons).
2. Transgressions that result in punishment in form of restoration along with paying back double and/or sacrificial offering.
3. Transgressions that are greatly frowned & does not involve death penalty and/or sacrifical offering.

The most important note to hold on throughout "Sexuality in Ancient Israel" is Exodus 12 - Deuteronomy  31:26 not NT scriptures! Let's move on to the first sexual immoral act: Adultery


Adultery

Adultery is the first and easiest to explain within Exodus 19 - Deuteronomy 31:26.

First of All, Lusting at an unmarried woman is never adultery at all whatsoever! There is no instance, reference, or anything within the OT that signifies lusting at an unmarried woman as Adultery or wickedness. 

This accusation is nothing more a pure perversion and/or twisting of commandment #10 of the Ten commandments (The ten commandments God/YHWH wrote with his finger on two stone tablets described in Exodus 20 & Deuteronomy 5:1 - 22) talked about in Exodus Chapter 20 verse 17:

Exodus 20:17
"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's."

Whereas Lust (or intense sexual desire) is never deemed sinful, wicked, or evil.....

Covetousness (having a craving for possession) upon your neighbor's belongings is sinful behaviour especially to covet another man's wife!

Saying to people that "Lust (intense sexual desrie) upon an unmarried woman is sinful behavior" should raise a prominent red flag that he or she is spreading deception by way of  doing Deut 4:2 (adding and/or subtracting from God's/YHWH's Word) which is contextually Exodus 12 - Deuteronomy 31:26 as the brain/architect of God's/The Most High YHWH's Morality of right & wrong!

Quick Info Link on Commandment #9 of the Ten Commandments: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour."

Second, The Word Adultery is Strong's H#5003 - na'aph which is used 31 times within the Old Testament/The Tanakh to define "Adultery", "adulterer", and "women that break wedlock" seen in Ezekiel Chapter 16 verse 38. The removal of word "Adultery" along with its definition in the modern world today which is 700 years old & replace it with "na-aph" along with the definition supplemented by Exodus 19 - Deuteronomy 31:26 & Including The Entirety of Ezekiel Chapter 16.


Adultery/Breaking wedlock was the act of a man having sex with a woman married to another man (Lev 18:20, Lev 20:10). It is never "voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse" used in modern English dictornaries today. 

Leviticus 18:20
Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her. 

Leviticus 20:10
"And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death." 

The act of Adultery was punishable by death when two or more witnesses caught the party involved (Numbers 35:30, Deuteronomy 17:6, Deuteronomy 19:15)

Anybody with a serious critical thinking cap can understand this & especially those who do not let secular English definitions define the words defined by The Old Testament/The Tanakh which was spoken in Paleo Hebrew over 1,700 years before even Middle English came into the scene.

Taking the modern definition of Adultery [Having sex with a person other than your spouse] to apply it in what the ten commandments The most high GOD/YHWH wrote with his finger meant 4,000 years ago is of the same blindness of believing in a politically correct person that preaches that "Cocaine was never legal in the USA since 1776"!

Lev 19:20 -  22 delievers more insight on Adultery of how a man caught having sex with a bondmaid betrothed to an husband is never considered as a crime treated with the death penalty unlike Adultery:

Lev 19:20 - 22
"And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free. And he shall bring a trepass offering unto the Lord (God/YHWH), unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trepass offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trepass offering before the Lord (God/YHWH) for his sin which he hath done: and the sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him."

Whereas a man having sex with a bondmaid/slave woman engaged to another man equals sin, they did not receive the death penalty at all since the slave woman was not free. The man who dick down'd the already engaged slave woman has to bring a ram as a trepass offering to the Tabernacle of The Most High YHWH/The Great Temple of Jerusalem unto the Levite priest in order to receive atonement/forgiveness for the sin he committed. As for the engaged slave woman, she only gets whipped which really doesn't need to bring a trepass offering whatsoever due to her status as a bondwoman.

Sexual intercourse between a man (married or unmarried) and a female virgin engaged to another man (a man's fiancee for simplicity's sake) count as Adultery said in Deut 22:23 - 27.

Deuteronomy 22:23 - 27

"If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you. But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die. But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter: For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

Deuteronomy 24:1 - 4 also relates to Adultery minimally as it describes a situation where a man puts away his wife by handing her a bill of divorcement which terminates the marriage officially. A man remarrying his ex-wife who didn't marry another man is not wicked at all whatsoever nor he commits Adultery by doing it:

Deuteronomy 24:1 - 4

When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife. And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife; Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the Lord (God/YHWH): and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

Additional info: H#3748 - keriythuwth is used only 4 times (Deut 24:1, Deut 24:3, Isasiah 50:1 & Jeremiah 3:8). H#3748 - keriythuwth is never present at all in The Book of Malachi whatsoever.

Illustation: Jonah & Linda

- Jonah & Linda are a married couple that has been together for quite some time.
- Jonah wants to divorce his wife Linda for these reasons (cruelty, slander, waste of family assets, running up 
   needless debts, denying sexual advances, being bossy at him)
- Jonah not only sends his wife along with her belongings away from his house, but also hands her a bill of 
  divorcement which seals the deal officially that they aian't "husband & wife" anymore like in Deut 24:1 - 2.
- Linda is now free to either live as a single woman, a secular prostitute, a promiscous woman (having sex with guys for free), or be another man's wife. 

- In outcome A) where Linda did indeed became another man's wife, whenever or not that her new husband dies or divorces her, Jonah can never take Linda as his wife again stated in Deut 24:3 - 4.

- In outcome B) where Linda still stayed a single woman after Jonah divorced her & David decided to want Linda as his wife again. The two eventually remarried again.


So Far, Leviticus 18:20, Leviticus 19:20 - 22, Leviticus 20:10, Deuteronomy 22:22 - 27 & Deuteronomy 24:1 - 4 give the true definition of what "Adultery"/Na-aph/Breaking Wedlock is:

- A man (married or unmarried) having sex with a woman married to another man = Adultery = Death Penalty to both
- A man (married or unmarried) having sex with another man's finance (female virgin engaged to another man) with the engaged virgin's consent = Adultery = Death Penalty to both
- A man (married or unmarried) sexual assaulting another man's finance (female virgin engaged to another man) with the engaged virgin crying out for help = Adultery on the male side = Death Penalty to the man alone
- A man trying to remarry his ex-wife after his ex-wife got divorced by her new husband or the new husband dies = Adultery
- A man (married or unmarried) having sex with a slave woman engaged to another man = Adultery = No Death Penalty at all since the slave woman was not free

Other than that, It was completely good to have sex with an unengaged slave woman, an unmarried non-virgin woman, a divorced woman (at a certain degree - look at Deut 24:1 - 4), or an unmarried prostitute.

Why do you say "having sex with an unengaged slave woman, an unmarried non-virgin woman, a divorced woman (at a certain degree), or an unmarried, non-pagan prostitute is completely good"?
Answer: They never counted as Adultery at all in the first place neither it requires a sin sacrificial offering or is discouraged by God/The Most High YHWH when you read Exodus 12 all the way to Deuteronomy 31:26!

Speaking of having sex with an unmarried non-virgin woman & non-pagan prostitute is completely good, Let's move on to the next subject at hand!



Fornication

When looking at Sexuality in the view of God/YHWH, Fornication is never ignored at all or left unchecked!

Fornication is the topic Religious folk especially that of the monotheist faiths (Christianity, Islam, and Judaism) be discussing on activities such as Pre-martial Sex, Prostitution, and Polygamy!

 Fornication is what Christians (Including Catholicism), Islamist, Judaists, and about almost 100% of all the messianics & non-messianics define as "sex between unmarried people/Premartial Sex, Prostitution, Oral Sex, Anal Sex, Non-idolatrous sex orgies, Masturbation/Sexual self-stimulation, sex for recreational purposes, Swinging, ejaculation on sexual genitelia and any part of the body rather than inside the uterus, Fisting, deflowering a virgin without marrying her and viewing pictures or videos of sexual intercourse (Amateur or Professional Pornography)".

This modern definition does not fit GOD/YHWH's view of sexual immorality whatsoever at all. As a matter of fact, This horrendous lie of "Pre-martial Sex, Prostitution & Promiscuity being sinful behavior & against God's/YHWH's will" is one of the highest deceptions that man has ever created. This is akin to getting intoxicated on cocaine and/or meth & believing that the pink elephant is real. Not only that, but This deception is responsible for violence, rape & forced prostitution to escalate rapidly since this deceit begin 1900 years ago.

I am not out of my mind at all neither am i a member of the LGBT community nor am i a challenged person on the ability to read & write nor affiliated with secret societies like Freemason & Jesuits nor am i an israeli person nor affiliated  nor am i a mean-spirited person nor do i despise children or monogamist relationships. I'm just a Freethinker who figured out how Sexuality became so dysfunctional ever since 1900 years ago which doesn't take that much rocket science to figure it out. 

Another thing to note is that other people like GodRules, inkaboutit4u, The Liberated Christians (started from the mid 90s), Philo Thelos, defendressofsanity81, and others like them have already know this type of truth long before i discovered it almost three years ago!

 Fornication/Whoredom is H#2181 - Zana which is used 83 times within The Old Testament/The Tanakh to define "harlot", "to go a whoring", "whoredom", "played the harlot", and "to commit fornication". This occured 14 times within Exodus 19 - Deutoronomy 31:26!

To fully understand that what True "Fornication"/True Sexual Immorality is, We must discard the modern/secular definition of Fornication away from our brains along with the word "Fornication" with it with it since that word is 800 years old.

Also, We need to throw away the Koine Greek word "porneia" from our minds since The Torah of The Most High YHWH was formed  little over a millennia ago before Alexander The Great was ever born.

And Most importantly, We must let The Torah of The Most High YHWH (Exodus 12 - Deuteronomy 31:26) be the compass of what is sexually right & what is sexually wrong!

Please check the word history of "Fornication" & "Adultery" before being rash with your rebuttals!


First, Let's look at Numbers 25:1 - 9:

Numbers 25:1 - 9

"And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab. 

And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods.

 And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel. 

And the Lord (GOD/YHWH) said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the Lord (GOD/YHWH) against the sun, that the fierce anger of the Lord (GOD/YHWH) may be turned away from Israel. 

And Moses said unto the judges of Israel, Slay ye every one his men that were joined unto Baalpeor. 

And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel, who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. 

And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand. 

And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel.

How did Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor? 
Answer: By committing whoredom with the daughters of Moab, bowing down to their idol gods, and eating the sacrificial food offered to the idol gods.

More importantly, What type of Whoredom the daughters of Moab were doing with the men of Israel?
The answer is sacred prostitution/cult prostitution/shrine prostitution.

Sacred prostitution/cult prostitution/shrine prostitution is truly prostitution in service to worshiping false gods & people using sexual intercourse attributing in worshiping false gods. 


"Fornication" was truly, defined by the torah, the utilization of one's own body (male or female) to have sexual intercourse with a cultist pagan temple prostitute (a prostitute who joined in the worship of pagan deities especially fertility deities like Ishtar from Babylon, Astarte/Ashtaroth & Baal from Canaan; Aphrodite, Artemis, Dionysus,  & Athena from Greece; Minerva, Juno, Bacchus, and Diana from Rome).

The Israelites, within Num 25:1 - 9, were really participating in the sex orgy worship of Moab's Idol gods by:

- Dicking down the female Moabite religious prostitues along with other females involved in the sex orgy
- Bowing down before the idols
- Eating their sacrifical offering meals
- Offering infants as sacrificial offerings towards their graven images/idol gods
- Doing witchcraft

All of that for the blessed promise of great fertility of their crops, animals & themselves also resulting in more money/financial income. This made the God/most high of Israel YHWH extremely angered by this abomination & resulted in 24,000 people executed for this vile act & The War on The Midianites which the kings of Midian were killed along with the adult men, women who have sex with a man, and children except for 32,000 girls who never have sex with a man (Numbers 31:1 - 35).

Deuteronomy 23:17 - 18 speaks about GOD/YHWH banning sacred prostitution completely not regular non-pagan prostitution when you look it up with Strong's Concordance Hebrew.

H#6948 - qedashah is the hebrew word for "female temple prostitute" which occurs only 4 times within the Old Testament (Gen 38:21 - 22, Deut 23:17 & Hosea 4:14). This lazy translation blunder by the KJV version was later corrected by the ESV (English Standard Version) along with the NAS (New American Standard) edition, NLT (New Living Translation) edition, and the NIV (New International Version) version.

The act of sacred/cult/temple/shrine prostitution involves Idolatry, getting buttnaked around the idol (Exodus 32:21 - 25), having sexual intercourse in honor to the idol (Numbers 25), and giving children to idols as sacrificial offerings (Leviticus 18:21, Leviticus 20:3 & Deuteronomy 12:31).

Other than that, By reading Deut 23:17 in hebrew, This piece of scripture does not ban non-sacred prostitution whatsoever.

Let's assume some christian & messianic circles are not within the level of blindness & know that Deut 23:17 (by utilizing Strong's Hebrew Concordance Hebrew) does not ban regular prostitution/secular prostitution. The strongest pieces of scriptures they can pull out is Genesis 2:24 & Deuteronomy 22:13 - 21 to proclaim that "Pre-martial Sex, Prostitution & Promiscuity is of sin & wickedness towards God's/YHWH's will":

Deuteronomy 22:13 - 21

"If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her, And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid: Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate: And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her; And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him; And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days. But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you."

Using Deuteronomy 22:13 - 21 & Genesis 2:24 to present the claim that "Pre-marital sex, Prostitution & Promiscuity are sins against GOD/YHWH" is 100% false all the way no matter what! No exceptions included!Before The christian & messianic masses get extremely livid, Let's look at Leviticus chapter 21 as the first piece of evidence on "Why?".

Lev 21:1 - 15 applys to the Sons of Aaron only! Let's get this perfectly clear: 

The sons of Aaron, a subsection of The Levite Priesthood, are the only people within the Nation of Israel to receive these laws & no one else but these men alone. In fact, since Lev 21:14 appiled to the sons of Aaron only, An Israelite man can either marry a virgin, a widow, a divorced woman, or a female prostitute with imputiny & no rebukement from the Most High whatsoever:

Leviticus 21:1 - 15

"And the Lord (God/YHWH) said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people: But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother.And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled.But he shall not defile himself, being a chief man among his people, to profane himself.They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy.They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.Thou shalt sanctify him therefore; for he offereth the bread of thy God: he shall be holy unto thee: for I the Lord (God/YHWH), which sanctify you, am holy. And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire. And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured, and that is consecrated to put on the garments, shall not uncover his head, nor rend his clothes;Neither shall he go in to any dead body, nor defile himself for his father, or for his mother;Neither shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the Lord (God/YHWH). And he shall take a wife in her virginity. A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.Neither shall he profane his seed among his people: for I the Lord (GOD/YHWH) do sanctify him."

Why Deut 22:13 - 21 does not address the situation to Premartial Sex, Prostitution, and Prosmiscuity also? It is not the case whatsoever! Deut 22:13 -21 is where the misuse of context & corrupt teaching that "Premartial Sex,  Secular/regular Prostitution, and Prosmiscuity are sinful acts" is at its most potent which Lev 21:1 - 15 should have hinted you from the start that this claim is 100% false!

To twist or nitpick Leviticus Chapter 21 to say that Non-pagan regular Prostitution & Premartial Sex is wicked and of sin is not only 100% wrong, 100% untrue, 100% misleading, but really 100% retarded (full blown retarded).

Leviticus Chapter 21 by itself lets you know that The Sons of Aaron are the only ones who are sexually chaste, the only ones that has to take virgins as wives in marriage & the only ones to prohibit their daughters to not be prostitutes.

The only legitimate prohibition towards secular prostitution is Leviticus 19:29 that is on Forced Prostitution only when analyzed contextually and looking at Strong's Concordance H#2490 - chalal with that verse.

Leviticus 19:29

"Do not prostitute (H#2490 - chalal) thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness”

1. This verse to talking to the parents only not to unmarried women & unmarried men also.

2. The actual ban talked in Leviticus 19:29  is parents pimping out their daughters to be prostitutes which was common in idolatrous nations around Ancient Israel (Canaan, Assyria, Babylon, Moab, Egypt, and so on).

3. GOD/YHWH don't want this type of prostitution become excessive rampart to the point where the Levite Priesthood are dragged into it. 

Other than a daughter of a priest is forbidden to be a prostitute whatsoever & parents pimping out their daughters to be prostitutes, Exodus 19 - Deuteronomy 31:26 does not ban non-pagan/secular/regular prostitution along with Pre-martial Sex & Promiscuity/Non-pagan sex orgies as we are led to "believe" by the masses of Churchianity, Christian circles, Islamists, Judaists, Catholicism and about almost 100% of all the messianics & some circles of the non-messianics.

Let's not forget the explanation on Genesis 2:24. Genesis 2:24's "they shall be one flesh" statement does not mean that a man is biologically inclined to have just one sexual partner over a lifetime! Genesis 2:24 is actually an allusion to babymaking & having unlimited sexual partners.


To assume that all of God's/YHWH's biological creation including the animal kingdom to follow the "one male, one female" standard/Monogamy standard, we must ask these questions:

"Why does the Brown antechinus rats' Sexuality that of Polyfidelity?" 

"Why does the Bonobo Monkeys (Closest DNA relative to Humankind) have polygamous sex with each other?"

More importantly, "Why do the Queen Bee of the Honey Bee species (the insect species responsible for some of the edible food humans consume in the world) have a Polyandrous Sexuality?"

Here's an even important question:
Why do you have scriptures within the Book of Genesis where men of GOD/YHWH have more than one wife/owmend woman? Like, for instance:

- Lamech w/ his two wives: Adah & Zillah (Genesis 4:19)
- Abraham (One of the ancient forefathers of the nation of Israel) w/ his wife Sarai, Hagar their handmaid as his 2nd wife & Keturah as his 3rd wife along with unnamed concubines
(Genesis 11:29, Genesis 16:3, Genesis 25:1 - 6)
- And Jacob (The Father of The Twelve Tribes of Israel) w/ his two wives, Racheal & Leah along with their handmaids, Bilhah & Zilpah (Genesis 29:23, Genesis 29:28, Genesis 30:4, Genesis 30:9)

Bottom line for the monogamous model the religious masses preach by using Gen 2:24:

There is no such scriptures at all that God/YHWH ever put such prohibitions in getting more than one wife ever! The only prohibition that limits polygamy in just one form is Deuteronomy 17:17 where an Israelite king can't multiply wives (pagan wives) to himself so that his heart doesn't away (No death penalty for it neither it needs a sin sacrificial offering) (In context of the Tanakh: Not letting an Israelite king marry many pagan women. Song of Solomon 6:8, 1 Kings 15:5, 2 Samuel 5:13 & 2 Samuel 12:8).

That's just 1/2 of how the religious masses utilize Genesis 2:24! The 2nd half is saying sexual intercourse itself makes man & woman "Husband & wife"!

Why Deut 24:1 - 2 has a bill of divorcement? Why Lev 21:14 only speak to the sons of Aaron have take virgins as their wives? This doctrine is purely retardation at its finest! A Prime example of how uneducated minds form dumb, nonsense conclusions!

Genesis 24 & Genesis 29 is a little more than enough evidence to support the description of what true marriage is in the OT/Tanakh as "The agreement of the Father to transfer the ownership of his daughter unto to the future husband + the dowry price"

In other words, In order for a man & woman to be considered "husband & wife" according to Genesis - Deuteronomy 31:26:

1. They need the approval of both their parents (especially their fathers)
2. The dowry price of marriage had to be paid

This marriage planning was common within Ancient Israel over 3400 years ago before marriage licenses, rings, pastors, and white victorian style dresses were ever conceived!

Exodus 22:16 - 17 discusses a situation where if a man seduces/entices a virgin into having sex with him, the man got to make the virgin into his wife. If the father of that virgin refuses to give up his daughter as the man's wife, the man has to pay the dowry of virginity with no wife of return at all.

Notice that it isn't discussing about a man enticing a divorced woman, a non-pagan prostitute, non-virgin woman, or a widow. and Also, it didn't discuss about either a a divorced woman, a non-pagan prostitute, non-virgin woman, or a widow enticing a man have sex with her.

Why in the world is Num 5:11 - 31 & Lev 21:1 - 14 is in the turah in the first place anyways? Are these laws just useless or there for a vital purpose?

Other than Leviticus 18 & Leviticus 20 which bans Incest, Beastility & Menstrual Sexual Intercourse completely withou any elaboration at all,

Pre-martial Sex, Prostitution, Polygyny, Oral Sex, Anal Sex, Masturbation/Sexual self-stimulation,  ejaculation on sexual gentelia and any part of the body rather than inside the uterus, deflowering a virgin without marrying her, Fisting, and viewing pictures or videos of sexual intercourse (Amateur or Professional Pornography) = never sins at all whatsoever! - A man (married or unmarried) having sex with another man's finance (female virgin engaged to another man) with the engaged virgin's consent (Deuteronomy 22:13 - 21 & Deuteronomy 22:23 - 24 = Adultery = Death Penalty to both

- A man (married or unmarried) sexual assaulting another man's finance (female virgin engaged to another man) with the engaged virgin crying out for help = Adultery on the male side = Death Penalty to the man alone

- A man trying to remarry his ex-wife after his ex-wife got divorced by her new husband or the new husband dies = Adultery

- A man (married or unmarried) having sex with a slave woman engaged to another man = Adultery = No Death Penalty at all since the slave woman was not free

- A Man or Woman participating in a Idolatrous sex orgy (Numbers 25:1 - 9) or Mingling sexual intercourse with worship (Deuternomy 23:17 - 18 & Leviticus 21:9)= Sexual Idolatry = Death Penalty
